Introduction

Private Law Master's Program; After the Faculty of Law, it will comprise studies for academic and professional expertise in the fields of Civil Law, Commercial Law, Civil Procedure and Enforcement-Bankruptcy Law, Labor and Social Security Law and  International Private Law.

In addition to  ensure that Faculty of Law graduates, attorneys, judges, prosecutors, notaries and inspectors who continue their professional activities have a Master's degree, the Private Law Master's Degree Program also serves as a preliminary for the Doctorate Program that will support their academic career plans.

The aim of our program is to teach our students examination and research methods in the field of Private Law, to improve their application skills, and to provide them independent scientific study skills in national and international fields.

Our program offers an instructive and enjoyable education option in which Private Law will be evaluated from a Turkish-German perspective and the subjects will be examined from a different point of view. In addition, 30% of the lessons will be taught in German and will be conducted with the contributions of Turkish and German faculty members.
